Oyo State Forum Of Supervisory Councilors Lauds Commissioner for LG, Olayiwola On Courtesy Visit
The forum of Oyo State Supervisory Councillors has lauded the Honourable commissioner for local government and Chieftaincy matters, Hon. Segun Olayiwola for his commitment to purposeful leadership which spread across the 33local government and 35 local council development areas in the State.

This was made known through the forum Chairman, Hon. Oni Micheal, and the Secretary, Hon. Muritala Ogunlakin, during a courtesy visit to the honorable commissioner’s office on Tuesday.

According to them, Hon. Segun Olayiwola’s reappointment speaks to the sincerity of purpose and commitment of Governor Seyi Makinde to good governance as well as purposeful leadership

With his appointment, it is evident that Governor Makinde is intentional about bringing together a team of patriots and visionaries that will work with him to deliver a pro-people government that will bequeath a lasting legacy in pace State.

Referencing the Commissioner, Oni Noted that “His experience as honorable councilor, supervisory councilor as well as local government chairman has been influencing His achievement immensely as the commissioner for local government and Chieftaincy matters and we (Supervisors) are certain his tenure will be impactful. We are also rest assured there will be a well-coordinated and viable system of Local Government, based on a democratic culture of transparency, probity accountability and efficient management of resources this time around”.

Hon. Micheal Oni further assured the commissioner of total support from the Local Government Supervisors and all other council administrators in the state.
